Global Gathering

The Global Gathering hosted by Women In Lighting is an online event in celebration of the International Women’s Day and the 2nd anniversary of the Women In Lighting (WIL) Community.

This year, our very own Fay Greenhalgh had the honour of speaking for The Project Sessions.

Fay Greenhalgh

Fays’ ultimate passion for architectural history has led to lighting buildings such as The Jerusalem Chamber at Westminster Abbey, and The Forum Theatre Melbourne Australia. Sharing knowledge of lighting effects and the impact that lighting can have on architecture and people is a favoured subject.

In this session Fay talks about what initially ignited her passion for lighting and how to this day it is reflected in her work. “TURN THE BIG LIGHT OFF” is an informal chat from inspiration through to completion.

Thank you!

We would like to send our special thanks to the event hosts and team at Light Collective, Formalighting & Katia Kolovea, Archifos!
