Her career began in the events industry, where she developed a strong foundation in project management and client service before transitioning into business operations. With a natural ability to organise and streamline processes, she strengthens the efficiency of the studio while supporting its long-term strategy.

At Glowing Structures, Malin also leads the practice’s marketing and brand presence, from award submissions and proposals to social media and gallery management. Combining operational expertise with creative insight, she helps position the studio for continued growth and industry recognition.
