Glowing Structures worked closely with Hayball to deliver the new hall of residence, and communal facilities for managed student accommodation bringing together academic support with residential life. The scheme for 669 residential places includes extensive learning spaces added to the communal space that supports educational enrichment, and co- and extra-curricular learning.
