Lighting played a crucial role in shaping the ambiance, balancing functionality with aesthetic appeal. Carefully curated lighting enhances collaboration zones, wellness areas, and premium client spaces, ensuring a seamless blend of comfort and productivity. The design prioritizes sustainability, with energy-efficient solutions supporting the project’s goal of achieving a 6 Star Green Star rating and Platinum WELL certification.
