Australia’s first 1 hotel, designed by a local Melbourne-based firm in collaboration with 1 Hotels design team, the development will encapsulate a luxurious, yet natural feel. Using recycled materials including the salvaged timber from the wharf restoration works, as well as native greenery and industrial steel, the design will be sympathetic to the history of the site and will offer guests a local experience.
