Glowing Structures were appointed by Riverlee for the entire precinct including Hotel, Luxury Residences, Heritage listed Goods Shed, Crane and exterior landscaping.
The ethos of the 1 Hotel brand is rooted in renewable materials, reducing energy consumption, and minimising its carbon footprint.
Our design team worked closely with the team at One Design Office and Fender Katsalidis and extended our skills to integrate lighting seamlessly, complementing the architecture while creating a warm, inviting ambience that enhances the arrival experience.
