In the boardroom of the new Kane Constructions HO - a stretched material ceiling (by Newmat) was designed by Glowing Structures to not only provide functional general lighting but is also set to softly change colour temperature throughout the day to add a sense of outdoors or sun/moon to this internal space.

OPEN TOMORROW 9/9!!

Through the lens of photography, Belle focuses on the themes of women, creativity, and our intense connection to nature.

‘Bodies of Water’ represents the poetry of women’s bodies.

Water becomes a canvas for the unspoken, where innermost experiences find expression through the language of fluidity.

Each woman creates her own narrative expressing motion and emotion as she responds to the water around her.

Like the moon’s gravitational pull on the tides, we too, are inextricably linked to the rhythms of nature.

Water cradles us in our mothers’ wombs and continues through the pivotal moments of a woman’s existence.

Glowing Structures were appointed to enhance the design intent and showcase the products to their best whilst creating a unique customer experience ✨

Strato Melbourne

Our team at had the incredible opportunity to illuminate the stunning sky-high venue. Situated on the 40th floor in the heart of Southbank, Strato boasts panoramic views over the city and Port Phillip Bay.

Working in tandem with the design team, our goal was simple: craft an 'elevated experience'. Soft lighting and opulent furnishings perfectly complement the star of the show—the view itself. A central back-lit bar, sculpted from solid glass blocks, stands as both a captivating feature and a gentle light source. With darker tones, sophisticated styling, and careful lighting design, we've dissolved glass reflections and erased visual boundaries, creating an ethereal cloud-like feeling.

GEELONG ARTS CENTRE OFFICIALLY OPEN!

Glowing Structures are proud to be involved in the designs for the redevelopment of Geelong Arts Centre – together with ARM Architectureecture delivering a bold and inspiring vision for the centre.

Inspired by Victoria’s early history of performance tents, circus and the tradition of stage curtains, the iconic exterior façade design will have revellers dreaming of running away to the circus, with the front door canopy replicating the shape of a calliope; the wagon that carries a carnival organ.

ARM Architects worked with the Wadawurrung Traditional Owners Aboriginal Corporation as co-designers, to weave in traditional stories of the land, water and skies, and the colours of Moonah forests, local ochres, jarosites from Bells Beach and greenstone found at Dog Rocks in Batesford.

Amplifying the voices of the local First Nations community, ARM worked closed with Wadawurrung artist Kait James, and local First Nations artists Tarryn Love, Gerard Black and Mick Ryan to showcase First Nations stories through the campus. Artwork depicted in the renders are concept, stay tuned for a reveal of the feature works soon!
